I had a happy experience recently and just wanted to post it so that others are aware of this service (sorry if this has been covered recently, but I couldn't find it via a search). I needed to replace a tuning peg on my '94 4003 and pick up some new strings. I tried ordering direct from the Rickenbacker factory via their new website online form. I was able to order the correct tuning pegs, strings, plus the new guitar maintenance manual, a poster/catalog, and a few guitar adjustment tools. The order was easy to do, and the parts arrived a little over a week and a half after I ordered them (I live in Illinois, USA). I've already replaced the tuning peg and put the other stuff to use. I'm very happy with the website ordering and would recommend it to anyone for whom that might be a useful option.

I can't say as I am surprised. They do a bang up job all around IMO.

I've ordered replacement parts with no problems at all.

Yes, I've ordered from them a while back, by printing out an order form and mailing it in. The big improvement I saw this last time was the online ordering option with CC, which is faster and nicer than the old way.
