Bridge Pickup Rout?

Post by imnoone »

I'm modding my '60s Univox Hi-Flyer bass with Ric-type pickups and wanted to see if anyone could point me in the direction of dimensions for the bridge pup rout I'll need to make. Thanks in advance!

Do you really need the whole thing - surround, handrest, huge rout? It's still there on Rics to mimic the appearance of the old horseshoe pickup. But for your Univox, better just to buy two toasters.
