Yes The Monkee's Mike Nesmith played a Rickenbacker 360/12 in Mapleglo. In the photo below he's "Just tryin' to be friendly."

This photo of Mike was taken during the recording of thier third (and my favourite Lp) Heaqaurters. A truly good Lp from Four guy's who have taken quite a beating over the years.

No argument here! Headquarters is great, although Pisces, Aquarius... has some GREAT stuff as well.

ANOTHER reason I want one of these models from this period! Nes is absolutely my fave Monkee. Anybody got a tattered one of these for sale? Please?!?

Id Love to have one of those gretsch 12 String guitars Mike Nesmih used during the Monkees. The ultimate guitar for me. though My 620-12 is EXCELLENT!
