$1,050 BIN! In the pics it looks like it has not yellowed. Wish I could have BIN'ed it myself but I really can't justify another one at the moment...

Looks like Jeff is on the case!
She might just acquire a 5th string soon.

Very nice.. I wish I would have a job and not being a student anymore.. Anyway it would probably bad, because without money I can fight against GAS, but if I would have money for 10 Rics, then I would probably can't fight against it.. anyway, very nice bass, I hope it will be yours Jeff!

I would really LOVE to have one of those, but I'm just afraid that after five years, I'll wind up with a yellow bass not a white bass.
"Nice creamy yellow" is NOT in my vocabulary.

It will yellow, but it might take 10 years rather than 5. My '77 is very yellowed, but that may have to do with the amount of smoke it was exposed to as well as age.

If it was me on that first bid, I would have BIN'd it. It did seem a reasonable price.
I wonder how long you could expect it to stay white. It's 8+ years old now.
Good luck Jeff!
