his action, the E string in particular, looks high. might just be the angle of the shot...

I set my action quite high on the "E" side....it's a little harder to play, but my band plays some songs in dropped "D" tuning, and I love to dig in fiercely at times...it's too sloppy any other way....and sorry to invade this discussion!

Great shots of Chris. He looks a bit old for a man his age though, don't you find?

He has to be up into his 60's, right? You have to say Sergio... he's at least a little more likely to get the next GQ cover than Keith Richards!!

I'm 47 ..I hope I look that good in 10 years. I just bought 4 tickets for the Portland OR show. Besides the new Syn album..which I like.. what is the playlist? Something from FOOW for an encore would be cool. One can only hope.

Compared to Keith Richards (pictured here), I think Chris looks good.

Great pics. I don't know if I could play his Ric with the action that high. But I hear that he has very large hands, so I guess it works for him.

they played the new cd and a medley of a few tunes from the 60's. "grounded", "14-hour Technicolor Dream", and "Flowerman". that's it. chris told a great story, but the show was under 2 hours.
