Name that tune

Recently got a CD by a Finnish Intrumental group called The Charades, it is a fairly recent release probably never released in UK or US but reason I feel it relevant here is that they do some good versions of sixties tracks. Here's one as an example who did original what is the song

In all fairness I should point out that as a little kid I liked the DC5 a lot (more than the Fab Four) and that "Having A Wild Weekend" was the first LP I ever bought. (I was about nine or ten I guess.)

Two versions of this song (including this one) were released the same year - name the song, the year of release, the acts and (optionally) the member of a famous 60s band who recorded it for an album which was released 2 years after he passed away...

Hmmm... right, but... when i was a kid, my Dad told me that "mr John" or "mrs Peggy" in UK were used when talking to a waiter/waitress or a hairdresser...
He was joking perhaps... i hope so...
