"recently shipped" list on Rickenbacker.com???

We talked about this a bit on the forum on the rick website, but three differing opinions were given on how to read the list of "recently shipped". I can't make heads or tails of it.
do new items appear on the left side of the page and move down/to the right until they disappear from the list? I've been watching the list for my local rick dealer and i just can't tell what's been added or what's been there for a while. Is anyone 100% certain how to read the lists to tell what's an update and what's old news?

Good question Andrew. I wish some new 4004L's would ship soon to POTR's.

From what I can tell, and I could be wrong….
It looks like the new items are added to the bottom of the page. I cannot tell of a way to detect new items added.
Old items look to move to the top of the page. They appear to be removed after 30 to 45 days.

I remember the day a week or so ago when someone hollered that a 325C64 had finally shipped. One was going to North Coast Music, and since I'm watching them for 360/12C63s, I've been watching closely (or as my wife interprets it, "obsessively"... but what does SHE know).
The first time the 325C64 showed up, it was in the bottom row, all the way to the right. It's now moved up a couple of rows. Meanwhile, a 360/12C63 I've been watching has moved closer to the top.
SO -- I am convinced the newest shipments come in at the bottom of the list, from the right. As others are added, they move to the left, then UP one row from the right to the left, and just keep marching upward from right to left until *poof* they disappear.
They basically move in a "Z" pattern ("zed" for Aitch), starting at the lower right point of the Z/zed.
I think....

I think the new ones are on the bottom of the list, and they move up as new ones are added.
I check it every day to see if POTR has finally gotten a 4003BBR, they have not gotten any yet, and some of those smaller stores have gotten one bass, and it's a BBR. Chris is getting in a ton of 4004's, it seems.

Jerry is right, I believe....as I've been watching for BBR's on Mike Parks' site and this pattern seems to be correct.

no but i did name my son after him. i had no idea how difficult it would be to get a 4003. i check the due dates at mf, and they're constantly changing.

I think I responded to you over at the RIC site LONNIE. I ordered from Music123 and then found they just invent their "availability" dates. They don't mean anything. When I ordered on Jan. 3, they showed 4003FG availability Jan. 10. I called after the 10th and they said they hadn't even planned on sending MY order in to RIC until the 23rd of January. So I cancelled. MF is the same deal. I found a 4003FG in stock in Austin Tx., ordered it and had it within seven days.

Andrew....switch around the order in the second row. I think it's more like this:
end here >
9 8 7
6 5 4
3 2 1 <start's here

RE: I ordered from Music123 and then found they just invent their "availability" dates.
M123 doesn’t need me to defend them but I had a similar experience. And this is not their fault. They are going by what the manufacturer tells them.
I have purchased many, many items from M123 (my wife would say TOO many) and I’ve never had a problem with them.
At one time I was going to purchase an Ashdown combo amp. And the web site said it would be available on a certain date. Date arrived, no amp. The date was pushed later. Same thing. And then later. I eventually called Ashdown in England and they admitted it was their fault.
Note: I eventually changed my mind and decided to get a separate amp head and cabs (one of which turned out to be an Ashdown . . . from Music123).

your thinking is probably right in most cases Mark, but John Hall stated on the ric site forum that any company offering an arrival date on a ric is full of it because ric doesn't offer ETA dates to their sellers.
