Indiana Luthier Recommendation Wanted

I live between Fort Wayne and South Bend, IN. I have a 1966 360/12 that has been in its case for 35 years. I would like to have it evaluated and set up to perform as intended. I'll go as far as Indianapolis or Chicago if necessary for someone who is experienced and reliable for quality Ric work. TIA...JJ
