Looking for Vintage style 4001 case

If you know of one or have one you will part with, please let me know. Original or reissues are both cool... though I would like to avoid the price of a brand new one from ric
Also, another topic, but do you guys know which screws in the ric boutique are for adjusting the bridge pickup height?

a confirmation of what the pickguard screws and treble surround screws are would also be great.
