Does anyone know what the bass player used for the "Head East" song called "Never Been Any Reason"?
I really like the sound of his bass and was wondering if anyone knows what he used.

We had a discussion about that a few months ago. I asked if it may have been a Rick, but most said that the bassist usually was seen with a F**der. I love that tone, though. Maybe he used a Rick in the studio?

My band played with Head East several times back in the '70s. (We were both from Evansville, IN.) As I recall, he used a pee bass.
