I'd be little wary....that first pic looks like one of Ted's. The second grass pic also looks familiar. I could be wrong but that's my first impression.
edit....That 1st pic is of Ted's, I double checked my fading memory and found it posted in another thread.
I call scam!!! (or at least deceptive advertising)

The guy has lots of feedback but there are at least two stolen pics in his auction. I believe the outside shot belongs to Mike Parks. This guy has some big brass ones! I demanded that he remove the stolen pics from his auction or I would report him to Ebay.

Only a few have been. I tend to use my library door as a backdrop. It is in many of my pics including that one. Regular forumites know that door about as well as they know the Rath couch.

quote from the auction description ...
"The sound is absolutely fantastic. The 4003 is a little thicker and louder than the 4001. And if you want that Rickenbacker treble bite you can turn up the treble on your amp a little or use the bridge pickup alone or pick closer to the bridge. Also Rickenbacker does not put the capaciter in the bridge pickup that cuts the bass response like they used to in the 4001 models. The sound of this bass is very versatile. I can get that deep sweet Mcartney sound or that aggressive treble bite that Geddy Lee and Chris Squire get. I play mostly with a pick and play hard rock and classic rock. The maple neck and body make for great tone and sustain. This bass can get a treble bite, a midrange punch, and a full bottom"
That sounds like a reworded review that I put on Harmony central ...

I also use a line 6 POD."
is it a real auction? maybe ...

From the seller's feedback I would guess it to be legit. The stolen picture is deceptive and dishonest. If one is stolen could the others be as well?

Scammers can "steal" ebay members identities, thus make it look legit... So don't rely on the feedback.

Ted, what about the bottom 4 pictures, are they your's too?

No, I don't recognize them. Maybe they are legit pictures of the bass in question and the seller just rounded his auction out with a few "borrowed" shots. That has happened before. Someone used once used a shot of the Rath couch in an auction because the seller did not have his own pic.

I did a quick google search and did not find the photo's.
