Is it me or does Paul look like he wants to run when Heather gets on her soap box. I'm not questioning her passion but she really comes off as a bully. She is rude! She constantly interrupts people and comes off as a spoiled little girl not getting her way. Paul definitely knows his way around a debate such as this. I found him much more diplomatic, yet still able to make his point.

I don't know Heather at all, but every time I see her she is vaguely reminiscent in a self absorbed way as... dare I say it? Yoko Ono.
Ducking for cover now!

Why do women still get grief for acting like men? Not defending anyone, it's Just a thought.

The thing is that she is married to Paul. Whatever she says or does, reflects back on him.
She has to learn to curb her vocal chords.

I was wondering, with all the years Paul and Linda and now Paul and Heather have been involved with Animals, Land Mines etc.... If any one here has ever donated time or Money to any of these causes because of Paul? All I've ever donated is a few dollars over the years to my local Humane Society. Just curious if Paul has really influenced many of his fans over the years!!!

Heather is beautiful. That Canadian Premier was a fast talking political bully. He did all he could to avoid the issue.

What does Heather being beautiful have to do with anything? The Canadian Premier did try to escape the issue but to no avail. Luckily Heather must have had her sea leg on when they went to see the pups..

I'm a vegetarian and a bit of an animal nut, but I understand that people eat meat. However I do have a problem with killing animals for fur. Obviously I'm a bit biased, but I thought Paul and Heather came off better than the premier (who was being a typical "politician"). A bit funny that Paul thought he was in Newfoundland when in fact he was in Prince Edward Island... well maybe it was funny to Canadians.

I didn't see it. Which Premier was it?

Danny Williams - Premier of Newfoundland/Labrador.

I thought Danny was diplomatic, although he did try to change the subject. I thought Heather was a rude, spoiled little brat. It was hard for me to listen to her.
I don't know enough about the subject, but killing the seals seems inhumane to me. However, if I had to make up my mind based on last night...
I would advise the animal rights people to dump Heather.
By the way, the iceberg that sank the Titanic came from iceberg alley, located on the eastern side of Danny's little corner of the world. Coincidence?
