OH Boy,

Are you serious???

OPEN MOUTH, insert foot!

I've NEVER heard of a signature model guitar that was done in a bass too?

Ok, I'm humbled, and I removed my LAUGHING GUY...

I just figured someone got a hold of a signature pick guard and slapped it on the 2030....

Apologies....

Honest mistake Tony. GF was not known as a bass player.

POTR had one a while ago. Chris let me play it. I should have purchased it.

Here's one owned by a local Milwaukee guy, shot in my back yard last May. Hope to have it attend the Midwest Confluence.

I’ve actually been looking for one of these – along with a blackstar of course…

I've played three of those. Should've bought one of them. Grrrr..
They sound outstanding and play like buttah.

I'm not a big fan of the 2000 series but I'd pick up a 2030GF if I had the chance.

"Even Rickenbacker don't have a picture of it!"

I think they do. You just need to look in the right place.

And it's model 203GF, not 2030GF.

I would so buy a couple of 2030 basses if they came back. One four-string, one five, no binding, probably either one in midnight blue and one in burgundy or bright red. What I've heard of them sounds overwhelmingly positive . . . and I think Rickenbacker, if they could manage to produce more (which they can't, obviously, because they're backed up with orders just for what they offer now), would sell a ton.
