The overall boday shape is okay, but what's with some of the features like the tuner configuration and the pickups in those routes? LOL

I don't think it will play in tune though. Check out that funky fret job!

Wow, the fret job is scarin' me! "Buy-out price" of $300? That's insane.Might be worth 50-60 tops. What a shame, cuz it looks like it had some potential.

Fixing that would take more than fret wire.

Yeah but the wood was purchased from Pete Skjold! That's right - Pete Skjold! Um... who the hell is Pete Skjold?

Actually, the body shape is something I would possibly come up with...between a J bass and a Rick. But I would design it to be a neck through.

And those frets are horrible, as well as the fact the bridge overhangs. Or so it looks.

So overall I'd give it a D-.

What's funny is I know a kid here at college who made his own bass for a shop project, and it's FAR superior to the one in this thread . . . the only problem with his bass (besides the very "metal" looks) are that the neck is made to fit his hands perfectly . . . meaning "VERY deep D-curve", because he has huge hands. It sounds quite nice though.
