Tremclad Drying Time

I painted a metal cabinet with Tremclad, inside and out, which is inside my house drying. I closed the doors to the cabinet. My question is, even though the heat is kept constant (at least as far as I can tell) why does the outside of the cabinet dry much quicker than the inside. To what extent is indirect light a significant factor in the drying process.

It's just a matter of air circulation & evaporation rate, I would think.

I suspect you are right Kevin. Trapped moisture can't be a good thing, can it? Perhaps a bit of a non-brainer question. Curmudge?

It is air circulation and solvent saturation of the air inside the cabinet. Open the doors and put a fan in front of it, wear a moonsuit and put the dogs and cats up for boarding...
