M series amp ?s

I was looking in the 50s amp gallery and saw a # of amps I have never heard of before.I have the m-15 w/the tweeter I believe there is one w/ a smaller cab in that first gallery Pic w/out a tweeter. Also is the M-98 3 10" speakers and what is the M-23? Are any of these amps possible to get,are they super rare.I have the M-15 and I never see any of these on ebay or in vintage guitar. Also mine is 35 watts are the others similar in power and also mine has a standby Do others? I wish someone would write a history of these amps. Please someone help,if these other amps sound as good as mine I want to try to get them. Any info would b great
