It's not mint if it's out of the factory carton. It becomes near mint. A lot of people misuse the word "mint."

I'm pretty sure most of the people selling 325C64s and 360/12C63s are basing the prices on the ratio of super high demand to current low availability.

Yes they are doing that and I think it's unethical. It's not a rare guitar, the company didn't stop making it. It's just going to take a while for them to run it off. That's where sellers get this misconception of a "rare" guitar. IMO "rare" means, no longer in production and very few around.
