Need key for case & truss rod tool - Ric email?

I have the molded case for my Rickenbacker 330 which is a 2002 model. I bought it used and it is missing the key to the case and the truss rod adjustment tool. Is there a way I can contact Rickenbacker to get a replacement key and tool? I couldn't find an email address on the Rickenbacker website. Am I out of luck since I bought used?
