Can't access RIC's website?

I haven't been able to get to Rickenbacker's website at all since about 7:00 last night.... I keep getting a message that says "the operation timed out while trying to reach this site." I have been able to access other websites with no problem. Is RIC's site down, or is there something wrong on my end?

It's not on your end. I can't get there either.

That's a relief, I guess.... they must be doing some maintenance on their site, then. I get paranoid, because sometimes we have weird glitches because of our lousy local internet provider, which currently has a monopoly on high-speed connections in our area.... And sometimes my husband messes with my settings if he thinks I've been goofing off too much (ME? Never, LOL!), but I can't blame him since he's been away on business for a couple of days! Image

I've tried a few times too and the RIC site appears to be down, yes...

I've been unable to connect to them from home or work. Um, I mean a second location.

Hi, guys. The Rickenbacker website is down due to the fact that the phone company is working on the phone lines outside and has accidentally taken out our DSL line. The problem is currently being worked on.

doing some tweaking no doubt. Perhaps someone from the factory will let us know how long they may be offline.
