Road 440 Bass Amp

I recently purchased this amp and 2 18 cabinet at a really good price. I can't seem to find any info on it though. I was told that Ric used to build the "Road" line of amps. Any truth to this?
What might this rig be worth? Any help would be greatly appreciated.

These old pre-RIC dinosaurs are a hard sell as nobody really knows what they are. They're loud & tough, but if they go belly-up they're hard to fix and many parts are unavailable. I see them in pawn shops typically for around $150.
