Are there any piezo bridge options (Rick or otherwise) that would fit a 620/6 or 660/6 guitar?

Good question, Drew, and welcome to the forum. I have wondered about that for a long time.
Hopefully one of the gurus here will chime in. Although I don't think I've ever heard of what you propose. I would gladly 1up you, though, and consider a 360/12 with a piezo!!!
Homer sez... Mmmm... pie...

I don't see why you couldn't get one of those bridges that go on the 380L and use it for piezo. You could probably still use the R tailpiece since the bridge isn't a string thru. Now I didn't say it would look too good.

I've considered modifying a graphtech tune-o-matic GHOST system to do this.

Also thought about using a pick-up the world film transducer under the saddles of a slightly modified Ric bridge.

Haven’t had the expendable funds to try either.
I had the Graphtech system with strat-like saddles on a previous guitar, and its sound quality is very impressive.

Oh yeah, if you find one of the 380 PZ bridge/saddles/preamp snatch it up, you probably wont find another any time soon. JH already said they wont be available through RIC back when they dissed the 380...
would make a 650 PZ almost easy
