Hi.. I am looking at buying a rick soon..have owned a 330/12 in the past, a nice guitar but a little unstable in the tuning department, but so pretty..have been looking at other models including a lovely 615 I have just spotted on ebay ..but I have looked at the forum and no one seems to mention this model..anyone have any thing to say about these guitars.. what do solid body rics sound like..I can recall only hearing Lennons on those early records.....

Antony, don't know if you meant this, but Lennon's guitar was Not solid body. But the 615s are great little guitars.

I think 615's are the best of the lot. Long scale, nice comfortable shape & uncluttered looking. I will find one one day.

I agree Gerry. I have always thought of the Model 615 as a Model 450 with an accent vibrato. I like the dot fret markers on this model as well. The 450 is a great player with very nice sustain and I expect the Model 615 is the same.
