Beatles In Vegas

Interesting article in NY Times yesterday on the "Love" show by Cirque du Soleil in Vegas this week.

http://www.nytimes.com/2006/06/25/arts/music/25kozi.html?ex=1151812800&en=859cf21bf87401fd&ei=5070&emc=eta1

What's really interesting is the info in the article about what else Apple and the Martins are up to with Beatles' tracks.

I'm not sure if you will be forced to register with the NY Times to get to the article, but it's free.

Read an article on this yesterday, they were saying the soundtrack CD will come out, and to hear the masters uncompressed is an amazing experience. Instruments and vocals sound live.

I read that as well. The recommendation to put out the raw unmixed tracks from the masters and let the fans make their own mixes....never happen but imagine how phenomenal that would be.

It definitely had a nice variety of shots Mike. I usually check in with Jorie's site once a day, but lately it has been all the gossip and **** about his divorce. It made the page a little "cheap" to me, however, I understand that inquiring minds want to know.

That's a hat?

She is still very proud of her breasts.

... and herself in general.

Did she set up a stand in the corner to hawk some John Lennon Cupie Dolls and other cheap memorabilia?

it's nice to see pix like these ... but so sad that there are only two in the frame.

Ringo looks to be in better shape than Paul. He seems ageless by comparison.

The other pics made me squirm just a little bit. It's the hat I think that caused that reaction.
