Some forum members went to see them last year and I promised I'd post their next show.

Just thought I post this here. This is my friends band and they do YES, ELP, RUSH, early Genesis and other PROG bands.

Here is the link to their site. PLEASE check out some of their sound bytes. AMAZING stuff. You won't be disappointed, I promise!

So, if your in the Port Washington Area (Long Island, NY) on August 12th, check them out! The link has all the details.

My friend Rob has a sweet old 4001MG just sleeping under his bed. Tell him to bring it! Image

Scott:

These guys kill me, did you listen to the ELP tracks? I keep asking Rob to add more ELP to their lineup. It is SO rare to hear them done!

Every time I see Rob play bass, it makes me just want to take up gardening.

I've seen a lot of bass players in my 44 years on this earth, and I've never seen anyone so FLUID who wasn't a Geddy Lee or Chris Squire. He's so down to earth too, when I ask him about his talent, he says it's just "something" he does... it just seems to come SO natural to him.

If anyone up there in the NY/NJ/Conn area can make the trip, don't miss these guys. I promise it will be like NOTHING you have ever seen before.

They even have some Roger Dean type inflatable mylar sculptures on stage, lots of neat effects, but the SOUND...its like listening to a home stereo.

They sound like they'd be fun to play music with for sure..I have a gig that night myself or I'd make the drive to see them...
