Ever play a Zematis? For all the engraving work and the hoopla that went into them they sure sounded ******.

I was not impressed by anything to do with it...nice to know I am not alone. Sticking engraved metal or seashells on a guitar does not make a craftsman.

I would have never attached the name 'Tony Zematis' to that POS!
No matter what materials Mr. Zematis chose to use, he was a superb and unique craftsman.

That's interesting that it was pulled. He didn't use the word Rickenbacker anywhere in the auction.
Tony spells his last name - Zemaitis.

He used to. Tony passed away in 2002.

He didn't have to. The body shape and TRC shape are protected.
