What do you want for the Dean, Jeff? You know how to get ahold of me, I am always interested in the multi-string basses, I'm SURE I could find a use for it in our stage show! Image

I currently have 17 basses ... plus 2 that are not assembled ... I want to get down to 5-10 range ... my job became redundant in a corporate takeover ... I may have to move ... so I need to downsize ...

I have 1 4003 4-2-5 that I am keeping
I have 1 4004L 4-2-5 that I am keeping
I might sell my 4004ci5 http://www.3dentourage.com/425/98-4004ci5.htm
I might sell my 4003s5 http://www.3dentourage.com/425/1990%204003s5%20mg.htm
I have 3 4-2-5 2000 series basses I may sell all of them
I have 5 5 string p-basses ... 3 of them are for sale
I have 2 5 string jazz basses ... 1 of them is for sale
I have 2 5 string fenderbirds ... they may both be for sale ...
and I almost never play the 10 string bass so it may go

anyway I am definitely moving a few basses and some others maybe

Very sorry to hear about losing your job Jeff. If you decide to sell the 4004Ci5, let me know how much $.

One door closes and another one opens. I hope you will be moving on to better employment soon.

Yes, really sorry to hear that Jeff. I'm sure you'll land on your feet someplace. My wife is from Livonia...fairly close to Canton. She has an old high school friend that now teaches earth science in the Canton high school system.

Sorry about the bad news Jeff. I hate to see people have to sell things they truly love.

Sounds like alot of forum members will be able to help you out though.

When you say "move", do you mean out of state ?

even before this happened I knew I had too many basses ... I need to cut it at least in half ... I am looking at several different options ... some of them would mean a move out of state ...

ya ... the old job was stale ... there was a bad relationship with management ... there were still mad at me for expressing an opinion contrary to their's 7 years ago ... I just have to relax and let the situation play out ... my problem is I am trying to resolve it all in one day ...

Jeff...you..expressing an opinion? I know how ya feel man. Where I work it's so corporate and "inside the box". For a couple years my input was appreciated but now everyone just wants to play it safe. How truely lame, but that's pretty much half the people around you these days. Good luck on your next venture and whatever you do, don't go with the flow!
