I used to have a '67 4005WB but I never opened it up. Did the bridge pickup in that have the .0047 cap or did it go straight to the selector switch?

I'm sure all 4005s came with the .0047 cap.

Mark A. recently told me that the wiring for the 4005 was exactly like the 330 mono guitar...when I recently acquired my 4005, I looked under the guard and there were two .047 caps.

The 4005 had two .047's used on the tone controls and typically did NOT use the .0047 in line with the treble pickup as the 4001 did. That isn't to say that all produced were the same, however, but that's how it is with my originals here.

Thanks John for the response. It has been many years since I had that bass but I was recently listening to some recordings I made with it back in the '80s and it has the most wonderful tone, now I wish I still had it.
