Is this Vox Student amp worth $250?

Appologys to anyone who already read this in the "Other" section but I probably should have posted here first.
This little amp is from my local shop and I took it home for a test ride.It's a 1965 Vox Student made by Thomas Organ Company.A little rough outside but all original and it works great.This amp is perfect for my needs(bedroom amp) but I was just wondering what it is really worth as I can not find much info about it on the web and haven't seen any past Ebay sales of this amp.Any advice would be appreciated as I am thinking of trading some gear for it.Thanks in advance for any help
