Not that I need/want them back, but ...

... I just hope that whoever wound up with my two-guitar stand (I think it's an On Stage brand; it has my initials, GLC, written in silver Sharpie©, on it somewhere) and my blue Twin Tip Sharpie© will enjoy them. I'm not griping - as busy as it was, I'm just glad that was the only semi-snafu! Image

Nil desperandum, Gary. You may recall lending the stand to Graham to display his guitars. We thought it had been orphaned because it was the last thing left in the room on Saturday afternoon and we couldn't recall at the time who had lent it out, so we grabbed it hoping that somebody would ask here.

Paul has it at his home. We didn't see the Sharpie.

I used to work at the drafting/pen counter at a local art store...every so often, a young urban artist would come up to my counter and say (in a perfect Cheech Marin cholo): "Hey, essai (sp?), can I see one o'those phat markers?"

I'd have to advise him to send his over-eighteen brother in to buy him one...

I don't blame you for being a little distraught, Gary...Twin Tip Sharpies are 'the Bomb, dude'...

Wow, what do you know...the Forum spell-check didn't like 'Cheech', but it was fine with 'cholo'...

Right on, Peter...you hipster...
