Haven't checked in here for a long while but I remember some postings lamenting that few were using the Ric as a lead guitar these days. Check out Milburn, whose "Chesire Cat Smile" video is getting heavy airplay on the local TV Music Video channel:

He's certainly using his 330 JG as a lead instrument.

He certainly is - and it sounds great.
It feels like the tempo of this song keeps getting faster as it goes along. Kind of bugs me.

If you had gone to the HOB gig for RICs 75th anniversary you would have seen a lot of lead playing on Ricks.

Yes, tony, I noticed the "time change" also.
Let me guess: HOB = House of Blues? Who was playing lead at HOB; i.e., which artists attended the anniversary do?

Look towards the bottom. Skunk Baxter played, and so did Kenny Howes and John Hall.
