Excuse the placement of my pitch here on the bass page, but no one seems to have noticed my original posting in the 'Rickenbackers For Sale' topic. If it has been noticed, then maybe no one's interested. Whatever the case, baby needs a brand new pair of shoes, so I'm just putting out the word. Here's a repeat of the posting from the RFS page:
I'm selling this restored 60's vintage horseshoe pickup. It's not a V63 reissue with the Alnico slugs and non-magnetic horseshoes. The magnets have recently been re-charged and have a strong pull and loud signal. The pickup reads 8.1k ohms. I prefer posting it here on The Forum first before considering Ebay. I'm asking $600.00. If interested, please send me an email off the Forum. I anticipate that there will be a few questions about the pickup regarding it's restoration, and I will answer all that are posted - hopefully without compromising any "trade secrets" of those of you out there who've also restored these old pickups. I'll post more pics upon request.
