Tom Petty Build Dates

I have a couple of 660/12 TP's in FG and JG. One has a build date of July 1991 (an early limited edition number out of the 1,000 run) and the other has a build date of January 1996 (with a late limited edition number) . Both have the original signed certificates. I though that the run was finished in 2001 - can anyone provide any information ?

Mark, I think the run dates were '91 thru '97.
