. . . his listing picture shows a Fender or something, but when you open the auction, it's a nice Ruby S model:

Kenny's rating number (not sure what that is) is 360 ! ! !

J, that number represents the number of positive feedbacks he's gotten from other eBay members.

Actually it represents the total number of ebay members that LEFT positive feedback. Theoretically you could have ten transactions from one ebay member and that member gave positive feedback each time but you would only have a positive feedback score of one.

Actually, it is the net difference between positive and negative feedbacks (neutrals do not change the total).

There ain't no cooler bass than a Ruby 4003S!

But...Damn! I thought I had the only one!

I thought it was a model of guitar that RIC makes.
Jeff - very cool bass.

Thanks, Jason. She plays and sounds as good as she looks too! Nice little neck like a 70's 4001.

I am now outbid. I'd rather get Gary's 330 Ruby anyway.

I was looking at that Ruby 4003s as well ... it would make a good 4-2-5 bass ...

But as you know Jeff, it won't have the larger neck.

pretty much any 4 string Ric bass 1986 and later can be converted 4-2-5 ...

Well, yes...but I thought you preferred the thicker necked ones for your 4-2-5's.
