Here's another question on Harmony vocals. On "Things We Said Today", To me it sounds like George doing the harmony. Anyone know for sure?

The only person credited with any vocals in Lewisohn's book is Paul. The additional vocals, according to the book, is Paul's voice double tracked.

Sounds (to me anyway) more like George did the second vocal during live shows.
Edit: I'm referring to Things We Said Today.

for All My Loving... "in their concerts it's George who takes over the melody"...???
I'd have to check some video clips but I think you might mean John, not George.

IIRC, it was Paul w/ George on Ed Sullivan (All My Loving).

It was Paul w/George on the Ed Sullivan show. In fact, George sings the lead notes of the verse, while McCartney sings the Harmony notes.

And there you have it, the vocals on, Things We Said Today, All My Loving or All My Loving, Things We Said Today or none of the above.

What about the third voice on All My Things We Loved Today? Is that Pete Best? Or Roag? Anyone? I think Pete sings it live, but Roag locked up the studio version with John and Ringo double tracking the tonic and Paul singing the main harmony.
It's all right there if you listen.
