I think the Ibanez is only at 1mill because it was sold outside the auction and the seller wanted to keep people from bidding on it (especially because he says spend $1000 for it new, or win his auction. Definitely not a bargain the way he has it now.)I guess it is up to the buyer of the fender whether or not the songs he included are really worth $10mill as he says.
