I have a friend who's kid attends Eastern College in PA. Two nights ago he had ALL of his equipment stolen from out of his locked pickup. It was stored in the back of the truck under a locked cap. It's all covered under his dads homeowners insurance policy, but if any of you have ever had anything stolen, it is quite unsettling.....anyway, I told him I'd check around on the forum to see if anyone had a lefty Gibson 335 or a lefty les paul studio for sale for around $1,000.00 or less. He has a few gigs coming up soon and virtually has nothing to play.

He's a great kid and certainly didn't deserve this...I'm just trying to help a good kid out.

Better keep an eye out on ebay/craigslist etc. any serial numbers we can look for? cos ebay is full of these instruments.

Yeah, he's got that part covered....I just talked to him a while ago...he's been on craigslist most of the day....and he went to all the local pawn shops yesterday with pics and serial #'s.

I'll get the ser# and post it here..in case someone sees it on the 'bay.....Thanks!

Chris, mail me info and serial numbers because a high proportion of lefty Gibsons circulating are offered to me. I can keep my eyes open over here.
