I think I'd go with "this"...they're both beautiful without doubt, but I like the simplicity of the 330's lines.
Wouldn't life be grand if all our choices were like that? No wrong answers?? (really could've helped me in college!!

Since I already have a 360V64, I'd go for the 381. BUT if I didn't, I would scoop up the 360 in a breath!
