Paul's best album?

We need a change of topic here. I know most people will pick Band on the Run, but I'm going with the album before that: Red Rose Speedway. A light, harmless affair which included "My Love".

Edited out previous post. His best album was just about any one he played with those other three guys

Count me in for Band on the Run.
And my favorite buried treasure: "Don't Let it Bring You Down."

I think I'd have to go with Ram. With my favorite buried treasure being "Oh Woman, Oh Why"
But now that I think about it, it depends what kind of mood I'm in. I could listen to anyone at anytime. Thats why it's tough for me.

I thought "Flowers In The Dirt" was a pretty good album.

I'd say Band On The Run or Ram.

My favorite is "Flowers in the Dirt", the extended and remixed UK edition.
Speaking of warts - I think probably the most overlooked McCartney album is 2000's "Liverpool Sound Collage" on Capitol. It's a strange trip into experimental electronic music. Credited to Paul McCartney & The Beatles, it's a mix of music, spoken word and mayhem that comes from the same place as "Tomorrow Never Knows". If you haven't heard it and you want to check it out, it's available for as little as three bucks on Amazon.
Obviously not a big hit, but interesting none the less.

I'll likely catch some flack for this one by I like and still do his first solo release where he played all the instruments. Some incomplete musical thoughts and maybe not the best drumming, but still some great tunes. Maybe I'm Amazed..
