The most scientifically advanced electric guitar ever built...Each individual flame tongue was designed to produce a certain frequency response giving the Minarik Inferno the most balanced and widest tone spectrum unmatched by any other guitar on the market today.

You have got to be sh*tting me.

I like the Goddess model. It seems like it has a playable shape PLUS it demonstrates a non-cookie cutter aesthetic design approach, something we talk about here a lot.

Hey John,

That's actually how I found the LEMMY bass, "RIC" was in the body of the search field. Amazing what pops up.

The other piece of junk, well, I just don't know HOW that thing turned up!

Besides, the comic relief is priceless seeing these "works of art & imagination". The sad part of this is that SOMEONE is actually BUYING these pieces of junk.

I spoke with the guys of Minarik guitars during the Franfurt Musicfair of 2004 and they told me that they were working on a custom bass for Lemmy.

I asked them how much it would be based on the Rick 4001 he's known for playing, they told me that Lemmy send over his most favored Rick, the maple necked "Out to lynch" and told them to "take your ideas from this"

Ever since then, I have been scouting for pictures of that custom bass and this is the very first time I've seen it.

As for Minarik guitars in general, apart from their looks they are top-notch made instruments, nothing wrong with the way they are built.

If you look closely, it looks like they're using Ric pickups!

Do you guys remember in 1988 there was the Batman and Joker guitars that came out around the time the Keaton Batman movie was released?

I liked this:

"The flame-shaped body isn't just flashy; the size and curve of the flames have been carefully calculated to positively affect the tone and balance of the instrument. The flame design is eye-candy, but it's the application of the physics of sound that makes the Minarik Inferno X-treme really hot"

Give me a freakin' break! I wonder if they calculate the differnces in individual pieces of wood and apply that to each guitar too?
