For those who haven't heard -

My post to another forum:
As a fan of the music, I am sorry to hear about the lawsuit.
Again, speaking as a fan, I was overjoyed when I found out that entire concerts were now being streamed.
I have always kicked myself for not going to more shows back in the day. I only went to the Fillmore East about a half-dozen times. But hey, what was a junior high school kid to do.
At least now I can go to the Vault and hear what a Who or Cream show sounded like in ’68.
Maybe not for much longer.
The Vault's recordings are a long lost treasure of American history and culture and all efforts should be pursued to keep them maintained and made available (for a fee if need be).
I hope all the parties involved can work it out.
