I will be away for 2 weeks in California at the NAMM Show. Hope to see some of you members there. It should be a good year for Rickenbacker.

Something tells me that there's a SoCal confluence in the works for next weekend; wish I could be there.

I wish I could make it down, but I probably wont make it down to San Diego for a few more weeks.
But if any of you are Tom Petty fans, TP's guitarist, Mike Campbell, has a show on Friday the 19th on Sunset Boulevard. When Mike isn't playing with TP & The Heartbreakers, he plays in a band called The Dirty Knobs, and they play a ton of Rock N' Roll covers. I haven't seen them yet, but it would be an excellent chance to see Mike up close... He has been quoted as saying he gets to bring out a lot of guitars he doesn't use at TP shows...
The show on the 19th is at The Viper Room, and details are available at thedirtyknobs.com.
I just thought some of you would like to know, as it coincides with the NAMM weekend. I think tickets are $15... I'd go if I could!

I'll be there too. It's a trade show. You need to be in the music industry or know someone in the industry to go.

Dont feel bad Scott. I've never got to one yet myself. And I'm 46 years old.
Maybe someday.
