I watched that video and then the next one up was Simon Phillips and Louis Bellson playing together! Incredible playing! I saw Louis at NAMM and even the other drummers there, that most of us would consider legends, were crowding around him to pat him on the back and shake his hand. Truly awe inspiring.

I believe Geddy's plugged into a floor jack. The cord end never moves but he's all over. Rush never did it for me (even saw them live in the 70's), but I really respect Geddy's ability to lay a very intricate bass part and sing at the same time. Also, even though he can get a Jazz and Sansamp to sound like he wants, it just doesn't have the solidity and force that his Rick playing does.

I believe it ended up belonging to Alex and he gave it to Claypool(Primus).
