So the Trans Green Cii going to Appletree Anitiques needed gold hardware and I never liked it on the Ci anyway. I looked at the chrome but decided that I liked the black better. I like them both more than the gold. Am I that crazy?

Black or Chrome. Gold is so BLING, I hate it.

I'm voting black, it's different and I don't like gold. You can get some black schaller buttons from Allparts, then get some 10/24 countersunk head allen screws at Ace hardware, put them in a drill and turn the heads down on a file. It's a little bit of work but it looks cool if all the hardware is black.

I think the black hardware works better with the black TRC.
