Short Lived CS on eBay

Did you guys notice the new listing on eBay. There was a nice CS listed at a very low starting price and the description stated that you can buy it now for $2,000. Now it is pulled, but the guy emails me that I can buy it now for $1800 including shipping. He is wanting to relist it for that purpose. What do you think? Sounds kind of wierd.
