Sounds like it's got some interesting footage in it. It's interesting that John and/or Yoko would be comfortable with Yoko's ex-husband hanging around filming them in their house.

Perhaps she's following in the footsteps of Elvis' ex-wife, who created an organization that has sued anyone and everyone they can re: Elvis (even shutting down certain small time impersonators, etc.) In a way, though, it's the only way to control a person's (alive or dead) image. McCartney has claimed this as a major reason to be a music publisher. He doesn't want people using Buddy Holly's tunes any old which way. I think he referred to it as "taking care," of songs. To do the same with footage isn't much different. Though I do think the King's family may only care how big the checks are. Then again, with the plethora of Beatle's releases (#1, Love) in recent years, I have a feeling all of the fab's families might end up going back to the cash register every few years, not unlike Presley's.
