Thanks for the quick response. I'm new to Rickenbackers so please bear with me.
How do you know it's a V64? Is there a distinguishing characteristic that's a permanent part of the guitar, i.e. not pickups or the tailpiece? Does the serial number tell you this?
Thanks for helping a noob,
Brad

21 frets with old style fretboard inlays (binding to binding), square neck heel.
Finite details would be reissue tuners, phillips head screws on the corners of the pickups, modern serial number.

Welcome, Brad! One feature Karl did not mention is the trapeze tailpiece; a 'regular' 360/12 WB would have an R tailpiece.

Thanks again for all of y'alls help. I appreciate the education.
I dropped out of the bidding on this guitar, but I thought maybe it was a V64, so thanks for the confirmation.
I think I'll make another run at it and see where it goes,

I ended up bidding on and winning a 2007 360/12 v63. I'm sure I'll have more questions once it arrives.
Thanks,
Brad

Congrats and welcome, Brad. A very recent v63 is a fantastic pickup as your first Rick. Enjoy!!
PS. The v64 was picked up by another forum member, so it stays 'in the family' as it were!

Sorry, I should have said a c63, not v63. I'm still learning!
Glad to hear another member got the v64.
I'll definitely send pics when I get it, hopefully by the end of next week.
