I got their album, always loved Bogart and Appice and Beck for that matter.

I saw them live back in Chicago in the 70s ... Tim Bogert was playing a tele bass or a p-bass that sounded like a Dinosaur in pain ...

He was great, I think he played an early 50's P bass with an old single coil Tele bass pickup near the bridge which was really like an original P bass pickup. I'm not positive about that either. He used fuzz boxes a lot, was a great player though especially for that time
