This is the 4th time I see this item on eBay. He has already sold it to three different buyers (
link 1,
link 2,
link 3). As for the "From my 360 Ric guitar" part, he has also
sold a 360 on eBay, that in the pic had its TRC. Maybe I'm wrong but this doesn't smell good.

Well spotted Ilan. Has he ever shown a photo?

Most likely counterfeits. I sent a report to Ebay.

Selling the same thing four times from just one presumably-legit guitar leaves one with little rational doubt that there is a scam going on here somewhere. No time for feedback yet, bet it won't be nice when it arrives

"Has he ever shown a photo?"
Not that I've seen. It's not like he can't: in the 360 auction he did show pics. Thanks Kris for reporting this to eBay. Maybe RIC legal can do something too if it turns out this guy is counterfeiting nameplates.

My one off Rick bass headstock desk ornament has a larger TRC than an actual one (It reaches further above the D tuner than a real TRC), and it says "Bickenracker" writen with a black marker
All of those clues that say that it's a fake and I don't hide the fact that it is a fake, not a real one.

I like when he says:
"Ebay dont have the right to remove this auction, the object is used and original !!!!!"
PLEASE!!! - Ebay has the right to not allow his auctions, legit or otherwise.

Removed. How long will it take before eBay block him?

As near as we can tell, it's three auction deletions, unless the seller is a "Power Seller", in which case it might only be a 30 day suspension and probation.
However, "ve haf vays" when there's more egregious violations, as eBay's chief trademark counsel is a RIC enthusiast. That Italian fellow making counterfeits a few months back got the benefit of his personal attention!
