For sale, the best sounding EC I have ever played. It sounds like a dreadnaught, voiced with deep lows and very clear highs. Top is solid Sitka spruce with subtle bearclaws in the bass bout, solid Inidian Rosewood back and sides with hearingbone rosette and border in top front. Headstock is vintage sqaure with diamond volute and 1 3/4 nut that features wider spacing at bridge for excellent flat or fingerpicking style; neck is solid mahogony with Ebony fretboard and elegant snowflake mother-of-Pearl markers and open back vintage butterbean style tuners. It comes with a beautiful Deluxe Vintage Series Geib Hardshell Case that features vintage shape, deep textured black exterior, 5-ply laminated wood shell, crushed green velvet interior, brass-plated hardware and a keyed lock. SN 11498, new 2006. An exceptional instrument.
