Was wondering if anyone has ever found any video footage from the Double Fantasy sessions? I've read on some sites that there was film shot during these sessions. Supposedly some was shot with the guys from Cheap Trick etc... I also seem to remember hearing that a very short clip turned up on some Japanese T.V. show a few years ago. I've heard people that were there say "yes" it was filmed and others that have no recollection of anything ever being filmed!

Go to Tonylevin.com and ask him in his Forum. Chances are very good that he will answer.

Wow, lots of information on that page - thanks for the link, Gary. Very interesting... and mysterious! Anyone know what kind of guitar John's playing in the B&W photo of him and Yoko? It seems to have a small black body, a humbucker at the neck, and possibly a hanger on the headstock...?

It's a strange contraption of the day. it's adjustable in many ways so that it balances as perfectly as you want it. he used it once or twice... there was an auction once on ebay for one stating "this was Lennon's favorite guitar!" yeah... because he played it once...

After reading the info on the other page you linked to, it might have been still images in the movie and not movie footage.
